The LEGO Ideas Third 2025 Review Stage doesn’t seem to want to end as there are seven more projects that have reached the 10,000 supporter goal. As of this point, I’m not sure when it’ll end as we are well into 2026 and there are a few more projects getting close to hitting the goal as well. With this update, we’ve ballooned to 75 projects that are in the running to become an official LEGO Ideas set. LEGO has just released a teaser on social media with something that has “a whole new dimension of play.” The announcement will be some time tomorrow, January 5. In the short clip, there are some minifigure hands and quotes from kids that says “it sounds like it’s actually talking.” The final clip shows some kind of coiling going on. Note that LEGO will be a CES 2026 (Consumer Electronics Show) for the first time so it’ll be something big and innovative and brand new for LEGO. What do you guys think it is? It’s a new year and that means we can now do a recap of what when on for The Brick Fan in 2025. It’s always fun to look back and see what happened during the year compared to previous years. There were a total of 928 posts last year with July being the month with the most news with 105 posts. Of those posts we had 19,010,766 page views and that was a 26.5% decrease in views from 2024. Although the views are down, it doesn’t really tell the whole story because the engagement through social media have increased significantly. The most popular day on the site was May 2 with 244,621 views which was the day that the summer 2025 LEGO sets were revealed for a majority of the themes.
