LEGO has officially announced the new LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron (42083) which has been teased the past few months. The Summer 2018 wave of LEGO sets are now available for purchase on LEGO Shop@Home. There are a number of sets to choose from in various themes including Architecture, City, Creator, Disney, DUPLO, Elves, Friends, Juniors, Marvel, Minecraft, and Ninjago. Also, the LEGO Creator Roller Coaster (10261) is now available for purchase to the general public. There are currently no promotions going on at this time except for the LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader Pod polybag but there is a bonus Double VIP Points on Blue’s Helicopter Pursuit (75928) and Carnotaurus Gyrosphere Escape (75929) for the whole month of June. The LEGO DC Super-Villains video game was announced yesterday and you can now pre-order the game on Amazon and GameStop. It was stated in the press release that the exclusive LEGO Lex Luthor Superman minifigure will be in both the Deluxe and Standard editions of the game although they haven’t uploaded the updated image with the minifigure shown on the box. LEGO has announced the winner of the LEGO Ideas Third 2017 Review Stage and it really isn’t a surprise given one of the upcoming LEGO promotions is loosely based on it. The winning project that will become an official LEGO Ideas set is the Pop-Up Book by JKBrickworks and Grant_Davis_. This is the second project by Jason that has been approved by the LEGO Ideas team and is a great example of what LEGO Ideas is about. The set will be available on store shelves later this year. I've often wondered how much of the wizarding world lives in distant fantasy, and how much was real. Not that I believe in magic (maybe), but I know there had to be people trying to turn lead to gold, humans are just like that. Enchantments may not have really done anything, but I like to believe they were attempted in places like this wonderful interior by Cesbrick.
