I suppose it's not all that uncommon, for people to fall in love and actually stick together. Marriage is work, don't let anyone fool you, but when two people click, and understand each other enough to weather the bad times (there are always bad times) then it can work out. This couple, expertly rendered by builder vincentkiew, has been married over 60 years, which is truly an accomplishment. Then you learn that he happens to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia, and the oldest Prime Minister in the world, and you don't know what to be more impressed about. The official teaser trailer for The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part has finally dropped and we finally get to see what the movie is about. After the events of Taco Tuesday, Bricksburg has turned into a wasteland, sort of a Mad Max style. There’s also plenty of singing involved in the short teaser so it could confirm the rumors of this movie being a musical. Some of the new characters joining the movie are Queen Watevra Wa-Nabi, Sweet Mayhem and Ice Cream Cone. What so you guys think of it so far? Let us know in the comments below. The ship in this diorama by builder Kloou is lovely, and deserving of attention. But really I can't stop looking at the water. This looks incredibly tedious, fragile, frustrating, time consuming and maddening, not to mention the part count. I can't imagine a runway being much of an option either, so it's either lighter than air craft, or helicopter. My preference would be dirigible, getting there would be half the fun. One of the new DK books that will coming out this week is the LEGO Star Wars: Choose Your Path that I’ve reported on a few months back. The style of the book is similar to the classic Choose Your Own Adventure books where you assume the role of a character, in this case U-3PO, and you make choices to determine the story’s outcome. LEGO Star Wars: Choose Your Path has 128 pages and retails for $19.99 and it releases on June 5. Minifigure As with a majority of DK books, there usually is an exclusive LEGO minifigure included but for this one, it isn’t an exclusive. With the book, we get U-3PO which was previously found in the 2016 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar (75146). Following the premiere of Star Wars way back in the 70's there was a sudden and prolific flood of sci-fi, most of which was pretty bad. But there was one shining star (pun intended), Battlestar Galactica. It's the only one with any staying power, enough so to build a loyal fan base. Fast forward a few decades and that same fan base was capable of spurring a reboot, expanding the universe and bringing it to a new generation of fans. One long time fan is BrickNerd's own El Barto, who has constructed this beautiful beast. In just a few short days, LEGO will be rolling out a new limited edition promotional item called the Creative Storybook (40291). It consists of 307 pieces and you can get it for free with a purchase of $99 or more at LEGO Brand Stores and on Shop@Home from June 4-20, while supplies last. This looks to be a pretty fun looking set so let’s take an in-depth look at it and see how it is. Instruction Booklet The instructions are made with a thicker stock of paper which was unexpected for a set this size. The most interesting thing to point out here are the first few pages where it shows some of Han Christian Andersen’s short stories in a timeline that are built using LEGO bricks.
