The Schitt’s Creek: The Rosebud Motel by seemarkgeek is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. I assume the 1,520 piece build is based on the main location from the Canadian TV sitcom and it includes minifigures of Stevie, Alexis, David, Moira, and Johnny. I have no clue what the show is about as this is the first time I’ve heard of it. It now joins The Mountain Windmill, Community – Greendale Community College, LEGO HeroQuest, Brickwest Studios, House from Up, Animal Crossing New Horizons: Nook’s Cranny, Trabant 601, Night at the Museum, Fast Food Corner, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Portal 2 – GLaDOS vs Chell and Wheatley, BMW M1 (E26), Caribbean Clipper, Sheriff’s Safe with Combination Lock, 31 Minutos T.V. Studio, Southwest 737-800, Terry Pratchett’s Discworld, Seasons in Time: Calendar, Exploratorium, and Hocus Pocus – Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage as the projects to reach the Second 2020...
The LEGO Crocodile Locomotive (10277) has been out for a few days now and LEGO has since released the designer video for the set. LEGO designer Pierre Normandin talks about some of the details of the train which is based on the Swiss Federal Railways train. Currently the Crocodile Locomotive is temporarily out of stock and we’re not sure when it will be coming back due to the factory that supplies to North America is still shut down. Stock is split between regions to help make up for it. The post LEGO Crocodile Locomotive (10277) Designer Video appeared first on The Brick Fan. I sat down the other day with Brickworld’s Mark Larson. Actually, it was just a Zoom meeting. Social distancing, you know, safety first! ElBarto!: So, this is your first year at the helm of Brickworld. What a challenging time to take over this massive operation! Do you hold a grudge against Bryan? I know I would. Mark Larson: Not at all. EB: Not even a little? Be honest. ML: OK, yeah. A huge grudge. How dare he know the future and sell me the company anyway? He TRULY got out at the right time. Luck was on his side, not mine. Bryan has been amazingly supportive during all of this. He has several times expressed how terrible he feels that this is happening in my first year of ownership. The last thing it is is his, or anyone's fault. And it's only the first year. I purchased a strong brand and...

For those who have been waiting for the LEGO Marvel Iron Man Helmet (76165), Target has been selling it early on their site. It retails for $59.99 and it has been going in and out of stock for a few days according to my sources. There’s no set time on when they restock but it’s usually between 5am-6am PST. I’m not sure if they are going by their original release date of June 21 or if they’re selling it early on accident. If it’s not a priority, it’ll be widely available starting on August 1. On another note, the Iron Man Hulkbuster versus A.I.M. Agent (76164) is also now available at Target. If you saw the July 2020 LEGO Store Calendar, you probably seen an upcoming promotion for the LEGO Creative Fun 12-in-1 (40411) set. You can get it starting on July 1-26 with purchases of $85 or more, while supplies last. The 240 piece set comes in four unnumbered bags and the instructions which includes step-by-step directions on how to create each of the 12 builds. The only downside is that you don’t have enough pieces to build all of them together but instead you’ll have to take them apart to build something else. The builds you will be able to create include pineapple, cherries, watermelon, ice cream, sand castle, duck, two sailboats, flamingo, fish, seahorse, and parrot. Overall, the LEGO Creative Fun 12-in-1 (40411) set is a cool little summer themed set. The only negative I have about it is that you’ll have to disassemble a build if you want to...
