Aido K has built a really striking scene of a cloaked man leading his horse through some chilly terrain. So many details in this I love: the brick-built horse, the traveler's feet creating a path in the snow bank, the flowing cape, and the little pieces of snow ontop the plants. The Predator was not only a really fun, badass, creative and original story, it had one of the best creature designs ever. I mean for a "dude in a suit", it was absolutely awesome. Builder Takamichi Irie has combined high skill, creative parts use and a clear love of the character to build this guy at a scale I wouldn't have thought possible, at least with this amount of detail. For a brief time of my childhood, me and my brother were pretty captivated by Corvettes. I think it was because we went to see Corvette Summer, and the only reason we really went to see that was because Luke Skywalker was in it. The movie pretty much bored us, but the car made a real impression. Looking back it was pretty cheesy, but this 1963 Stingray by builder brickdater is pure class, and an American classic. Delta Customs is back with more rumored sets for 2018 but this time it’s for LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes. The first set is reported to be named Lobo’s Spacehog which includes at least Lobo and Superman. The Spacehog itself is Lobo’s customized SpazFrag666. The next reported set is Lex Luthor’s mech which has minifigures of Lex Luthor, Cheetah, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Firestorm. The final remored set is Cyborg Helicopter and Freeze Car. The summer 2017 LEGO Batman Movie haven’t officially been released on Shop@Home yet but there’s already rumors of some 2018 TLBM sets coming from Delta Customs. The first set is Batman Dune Buggy which includes minifigures of Batman and Captain Boomerang. The other set is called Egghead’s Food Fight which has Egghead’s mech and also includes Condiment King. It’s interesting that LEGO may be releasing another wave of The LEGO Batman Movie sets next year. There has already been talks of another minifigures series for the movie as well. Note that the images used are not leaked images of the sets as they come from The LEGO Batman Movie: The Making of the Movie book which I highly recommend as it does give a lot of behind-the-scenes things such as concept art, sketches, and builds.
