Battle Royale is the hotness right now. I've played a few rounds, and while I wouldn't necessarily call myself the "best" (the highest I ranked was #19), it's still a lot of fun.  DR.Church recreated the iconic Battle Bus from the game, and it looks fantastic. Who doesn't love mecha? This MOC from Lu Sim is gorgeous. I dig the suit-of-armor aesthetic, and the use of the translucent castle door piece as a laser sword is a stroke of genius. When I first looked at this wonderful MOC by LEGO 7 I thought it was an official set, and that got me wondering, what made me think that? Is it the building style? The photography? I realize that even years after looking at LEGO creations every day I still don't totally understand the intangible, specific nuances that make an official set look like an official set. When the upcoming LEGO Wizarding World Harry Potter sets were announced back in February, the press release said that they were slated to be released in August but things might have changed. I’ve heard from a few sources, including Eurobricks, that they might be available a month early starting in July instead of August. Some of the sets are already available in the UK so this means that the release date has been pushed up. We’ll see at the end of the month if they start showing up at retailers like Walmart and Target. If a LEGO Store Employee can confirm this, let us know in the comments below. The addition of the large dome and quarter round parts has made for some very interesting builds. Their use in spaceships and buildings has been great, but their use in sculptures and character builds has been amazing. I love Game of Thrones. I was a big fan of the books, and I'm a big fan of the series. I'm also a big fan of this outstanding recreation of Harrenhal and the pit where Brienne of Tarth fights the bear (I won't tell you how it turns out, we're not about spoilers here). This jaw-dropping MOC consists of over 20,000 bricks and it shows, it's positively loaded with detail and rich texture throughout.
