One of the concepts of Pokemon is they are "pets" that you collect and care for (and then force to fight each other, go figure). But in my opinion there's actually only a handful that I think I'd enjoy having around. Pets give us companionship and unconditional love, at least that's the point I think. I wouldn't mind having a Pikachu around, they're pretty cool. And my personal favorite is Cubone, I have no idea why. And Eevee, brilliantly built by reticence here, seems like a pleasure to have around. But can you imagine a Mr. Mime hopping on the bed with you to watch TV? I'd be creeped out the whole time. Builder Zilmrud packs a whole lot of storytelling and callbacks in a very small space. It sort of reminds me of when Genie says "Phenomenal cosmic powers...itty bitty living space". Earlier this year, it was revealed that there was going to be a LEGO Architecture Las Vegas (21047) set but as we know by now, it was delayed due to the tragedy late last year at one of the original hotels in the set. Fast forward eight months and LEGO decided to swap out one of the hotels as well as changing out the box printing and a few pages out of the instruction booklet. There’s no details of the price but counting the parts in the back of the booklet, there are 501 pieces unless I calculated wrong. The contents of the box include five unnumbered bags and the instruction booklet. Instruction Booklet Like with all of the other LEGO Architecture sets, the first few pages talk about the city and the particular buildings that are in the set. Surprisingly, there isn’t that many facts as I would have thought....

J.K. Rowling’s newest series of movies for the the Wizarding World kicked off in 2016 with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. To much dismay of LEGO fans, there were no LEGO system sets that were produced for the movie which was interesting however there some LEGO Dimensions sets but they weren’t the same. Fast forward to this year and LEGO has revived the Harry Potter theme with the Wizarding World tie-in and there is finally a Fantastic Beasts set that is worth waiting for with Newt’s Case of Magical Creatures (75952).
