BrickHeadz have limited opportunities for many details. However, a crossover between LEGO's new series and Transformers proves that you can pack small details into these little character designs. Curtydc designed a Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, including details like the wheels, headlights, and grills of their robotic designs. These are possibly my favorite BrickHeadz figures created by AFOL's. I hope we see more of these BrickHeadz in disguise soon! Original linkOriginal author: Nathaniel Stoner
It looks like there’s a new The LEGO Ninjago Movie polybag that has surfaced on eBay in Germany featuring Lloyd (30608). The polybag features the Green Ninja in a kendo outfit sort of paying homage to the kendo outfits back in 2012. If you look closely at the bottom left corner, there’s a code H7HGT3 which may suggest that this Lloyd (30608) will be a promotional polybag for The LEGO Ninjago Movie game. Although nothing has confirmed at this time of a game, Arthur Parsons over on Twitter may or may not have been dropping subtle hints about a new game coming soon. E3 is just over a month away and he has stated that he will be there at the convention so I’m assuming there will be an announcement during that time. The little code on the corner is a trend that has been going on with standalone LEGO video...

Deus Otiosus crafted this scary looking throne. It looks very strong, probably because of its backbone. The builder did an excellent job incorporating many bone elements, keeping it organic and scary appearing throughout the design. (I especially like the curves of the sides.) A wonderful use of many curved white tooth/tail pieces to make sure it never appears to have a straight angle. It might not the most comfortable to sit on, but surely it strikes fear into the hearts of the ruler's subjects. Original linkOriginal author: Nathaniel Stoner

One of the better sets from last year was the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Super Hero Airport Battle (76051) and Amazon has a pretty good deal on it for 33% off the normal price. It is currently on sale for $53.99 which equates to a $26 savings. The minifigures included in the set are Captain America, Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, War Machine and Agent 13. There’s also the Ant-Man microfigure as well as the Giant Man build as well. The post LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Super Hero Airport Battle (76051) Amazon Sale appeared first on The Brick Fan. Takamichi Irie's tiny animals are making a large impression on many LEGO enthusiasts. When building your own animals, it is no easy task. The smaller you make the creatures, the less detail they have, and they look less organic. Now, some of these may not be scaled for minifigures, but if you went much smaller with these organisms, they wouldn't be nearly as cool. Which is your favorite?! Mine has got to be that rooster. It's one of the first things you see when you enter the Magic Kingdom, a dinging bell, the clomping of a draft horse and the bright shining faces of those aboard the trolly. These rides have been operating since 1955 and have carried countless passengers over the years. This version by builder TJJohn12 captures the look perfectly, and that's Danny pulling the car if I'm not mistaken. The augmented horse figure and bridle are absolutely brilliant. This is by far the best small-scale AT-AT I have seen in LEGO form! Thanks to MIro Dudas, we instantly recognize this iconic scene and vehicle from The Empire Strikes Back. This model is so incredibly accurate, if I happen let my eyes go out of focus, it doesn't even appear to be LEGO. It also appears that the midsection could be easily switched out with orange elements to remake this as an AT-ACT (though there are other differences between the two variants). I appreciate that Miro even included the walker's footprints in the snow, a detail others leave out of their scenes. Nicely done! Original linkOriginal author: Nathaniel Stoner

Cartoon Network has officially announced that a new LEGO Unikitty show will be coming to the network later this year. There will be some new character being introduced in the show including Unikitty’s brother, Puppycorn and her bodyguard, Hawkodile. Also living inside the castle is Dr. Fox. The voice cast includes Tara Strong, Grey Griffin, Kate Micucci, Roger Craig Smith, Eric Bauza, and H. Michael Croner. Dan Lin, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, Roy Lee, Jill Wilfert will be the executive producers of the show. As ruler of the kingdom, Unikitty has busy days full of royal responsibilities. Unikitty is most interested in making sure everyone is happy and ridding the kingdom of negativity, but don’t misunderstand her optimism – she is one kitty not to be crossed. While she may be full of boundless energy and creativity, Unikitty is a force to be reckoned with if anyone gets in the way...

The Wave 8 LEGO Dimensions expansion packs are now available and in The Goonies Level Pack (71267), there’s a little teaser for Raven from Teen Titans Go! As you can see from the clip below from Bricks to Life, Raven is shown coming in from a Keystone and smashing the ceiling with a giant hand. This is the first animated look at the popular character which is rumored to be in a future Team Pack along with Beast Boy. Other franchises included in Wave 9 are The Powerpuff Girls and Beetlejuice. The post LEGO Dimensions Teen Titans Go! Raven In-Game Look appeared first on The Brick Fan. I remember watching the classic show The Transformers (Generation 1) when I was a little kid, and later to watch the more recent adaptations like Transformers Animated. Though I may not be the biggest fan of Michael Bay's movie versions, I'll still always be a Transformers fan. This post is a bit nostalgic for me. Alex Jones has been working on many LEGO Transformers projects, including this recreation of the Matrix of Leadership. The device itself may be very accurate, but that complete LEGO background is what really drew me to this creation. I instantly recognized the theme from the classic show. Wonderful work, Alex!
