I've always loved the Nebulon-B, from the first moment I saw it on screen in the Empire Strikes Back I was intrigued. It was designed by my dear old friend Nilo Rodis, inspired by an outboard motor. The description for this MOC says that it's "original creation by dranac modifications and photo by one case". I suppose it's not all that uncommon, for people to fall in love and actually stick together. Marriage is work, don't let anyone fool you, but when two people click, and understand each other enough to weather the bad times (there are always bad times) then it can work out. This couple, expertly rendered by builder vincentkiew, has been married over 60 years, which is truly an accomplishment. Then you learn that he happens to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia, and the oldest Prime Minister in the world, and you don't know what to be more impressed about. The ship in this diorama by builder Kloou is lovely, and deserving of attention. But really I can't stop looking at the water. This looks incredibly tedious, fragile, frustrating, time consuming and maddening, not to mention the part count. Who wouldn't want to visit this tranquil city in the clouds by builder did b? That is of course if you don't mind flying, because there's no elevator to this place. I can't imagine a runway being much of an option either, so it's either lighter than air craft, or helicopter. My preference would be dirigible, getting there would be half the fun. The big news yesterday was that teaser trailer for The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part was released online yesterday and I’m going to try and do a breakdown of what happened in the trailer and what sets we could get from LEGO from what was shown. It’s been five years since the events on Taco Tuesday and Bricksburg has turned into an apocalyptic wasteland. If you remember, LEGO DUPLO characters came at the end of The LEGO Movie and it looks like they caused the destruction of the city. As a result, everything turned into chaos and it “toughened and hardened” most people including Larry the Barista who underwent a drastic change. The only person that seemingly didn’t get affected was Emmet. Emmet thinks he sees a shooting star go by but it is most likely a device sent down by a new character named Sweet Mayhem who is a...
