Here’s a cool little contest over on LEGO Ideas that I just found out about which couple impact a future gift with purchase promotion. A few months ago, LEGO ran a contest for fans to build a vintage car that could be used in the streets of LEGO Modular Buildings. There are a number of great submissions and the best were chosen for a fan vote and the winning build will become an official gift with purchase set. There are quite a few that would look great as a standalone set so it’s cool for LEGO to get input on what we will be getting. The deadline for the fan vote is December 4 so you only have a little bit of time left to choose your favorite vintage car. Amazon has kicked off their Cyber Monday 2019 sales with LEGO sets that are discounted from 20% to upwards of 70% off the regular retail price. The sets chosen for the sale have no rhyme or reason as they range from a wide variety of themes.
