I’m really digging this back alley piece by builder Everblack. It reminds me of a movie set, and also of the many sets we have piled in the “brick backlot” here at the studio. I can just imagine this with proper movie lighting, watching a scene play out. Maybe a little drifting fog, with eerie or dramatic music playing, a dog barking in the distance…I digress. Are keyboard guitars still a thing? I could google it I suppose, but I want to believe they are so I’ll just assume. Being a kid of the 80’s and the first generation of MTV I remember keytars very well. But since I haven’t seen a music video in ages (they still make them right?) I have no idea if these are still in any way popular. This pretty awesome alien by builder Djokson looks ready to rock out, and I’m ready to watch and listen. Original linkOriginal author: Tommy
I don’t usually promote Woot.com but they do have a great sale on the LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron (42083). Over there, it is currently priced at $244.99 which is 30% off the retail price of $349.99. For those who are skeptical of the site, they are a legitimate retailer. As for shipping methods, I don’t know how they ship. The deal has 12 days left on it or until it is sold out. LEGO has kicked off a new promotion on Shop@Home for the LEGO Masters Shopping Bag (5006086) that I talked about before. You can get it for free with any purchase until December 24, while supplies last. They are the reusable kind with the thick plastic material similar to the bags for San Diego Comic Con and it features the LEGO Masters logo on both sides. This promotion is also available at LEGO Brand Stores as well. The post LEGO Masters Shopping Bag (5006068) Promotion Now Live appeared first on The Brick Fan.
