I know this year feels like it’s going quickly, but surely we’re not in October already are we? We featured one LEGO witch here last week, and now Markus Rollbühler has graced us with another one. They couldn’t be more different, though, apart from the green skin and black robes. Oh, and the clever parts use! Some black curved arches lend some graceful shape do this witch’s dress, while the cauldron makes use of an inverted tire. I’m not sure what’s happening with that little mouse, though. Is she giving it a bath? That must be it. The green bottle in her other hand is clearly bath lotion. Clad in pearl gold and transparent purple LEGO bricks, this is quite the ornate ovum by builder Pistash. While both colors provide a limited palette of parts, they’re combined well here, appropriately forming the ovoid shape and proper filigree befitting the moniker “Fabergé.” All the crowns, leaves, and vines are held in place with a delicate network of flaxen bars and clips. But a secret lies beneath that golden lattice of elegance. An army of frogs have assembled within the center of this regal keepsake. Who knows what grand designs they’re planning? It seems that Amazon Mexico is the place today for new reveals as they have shown off the new LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Forest Animals: Red Fox (31154). The set has 667 pieces and features builds of a red fox along with a squirrel and an owl which are all poseable. Like with all the other 2024 Creator sets, LEGO has done an amazing job in capturing animals and objects in a more realistic manner and is rumored to be priced at $49.99. It’ll most likely be a March 2024 release as well since it’s one of the bigger months for LEGO releases. Amazon Mexico has revealed two of the new LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary sets. First is the Boarding the Tantive IV (75387) which we saw earlier today but with more clearer images and we now know that it’ll have 502 pieces and retail for $54.99. The other set is R2-D2 (75379) which has 1,050 pieces and will cost $99.99. This set will have the exclusive Darth Malak as the 25th anniversary minifigure.
