Now that we’ve finally had time to marinate the announcement of the new LEGO Pokemon theme, we can now speculate on what we could be getting in 2026. The Pokemon license had been with Mattel under the Mega Bloks/Mega Construx umbrella since the early 2000s. We won’t’ speculate on why The Pokemon Company International decided to switch building block companies but LEGO fans are glad they did. I even guessed it when the LEGO Super Mario theme was announced in 2020 that we could be seeing a LEGO Pokemon theme in the future. Amazon Japan has discounted the LEGO Ideas Home Alone (21330) by about 18% which is the lowest it has been since January. It is now listed for $244.74 which saves you $55 on it.
