Skærbæk Fan Weekend (SFW) is an annual gathering for LEGO® enthusiasts, known as Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs). Held in Skærbæk, Denmark, this event offers a unique opportunity for fans to connect, showcase their creations, and participate in various activities.
Main Features:
- Networking Opportunities: Engage with fellow AFOLs from around the world, sharing ideas and experiences in a collaborative environment.
- Workshops and Presentations: Attend a variety of sessions designed to enhance building skills, explore new techniques, and discuss LEGO-related topics. Note: Some activities may have age restrictions; participants must be 18 or older for certain workshops and presentations.
- Exhibition Displays: Showcase your own LEGO creations and admire the work of others in a dedicated exhibition space. Registration of models (MOCs) is encouraged and can be done through the member center.
- Social Activities: Participate in various social events, including a barbecue, auctions, and parties, fostering a sense of community among attendees.
- LEGO House AFOL Day: On the Thursday preceding the weekend, attendees have the opportunity to visit the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark, for a special AFOL day. Tickets for this event are limited and should be purchased in advance through the LEGO House website.
