LEGO Disney Maleficent’s and Cruella De Vil’s Dresses (43262) Review

The other LEGO Disney dress set that we’ll be checking out is Maleficent’s and Cruella De Vil’s Dresses (43262). The set has 524 pieces and retails for $69.99.

Minidolls

The set does include minidolls of both Maleficent and Cruella De Vil. Maleficent is a returning minidoll but with an updated design on her dress. She also uses a new cape piece to complete her look. Her accessory is the golden scepter. She also comes with her pet raven, Diablo.

Cruella De Vil is a new minidoll and she’s in her iconic look. She’s in her black dress and red high heels. The interesting part here is actually the fur-textured mink coat. She also has a pet dalmatian.

Build

There are three parts for the build, Maleficent’s dress, Cruella’s dress, and the display stand. Maleficent’s dress is still mostly black but this is the evolved version with the wings and horns. The wings are just clipped on so they flop around freely which is kind of annoying. The bottom part of the dress has some green flames using cheese slopes.

Cruella De Vil’s dress is the black and white one that is split between the colors for the top part. The bottom part of the dress uses printed tiles for the dalmatian dots.

The display stand has a turntable in the middle for the dresses to attach on. This allows them to spin around without having to move to stand. Depending on which way you look at the stand, there are portraits of Maleficent and Cruella … Continue
